Hello,

​

My name is Steve Allen and I have been teaching for 6 years. I started as a music teacher in Fort McMurray, Alberta, before I moved down to Calgary.

​

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education from the University of Lethbridge. I was very proud to be Fort McMurray Catholic School District's nomination for the Edwin Parr Award. 

​

Steve Allen

I am teaching a 4/5 split Grade this year. My classroom is full of excitement and curiosity. I believe that being a teacher is such a wonderful privilege and I work hard to help each learner grow as a student and as citizens of our world. Our theme this year is "All You Need Is Love," please take a look at the video that we put together for our school "showcase" presentation. 

Currently, I live in Calgary, Alberta, with my beautiful wife, Stephanie. We are expecting our first baby on March 1st and couldn't be happier.

I have been lucky enough to travel to many places in the world. Some of my favourite destination include Germany, Spain, Italy, Mexico, Dominican Republic, France, and England. I am a Liverpool Football Club supporter, as is most of my family. Below, I have some photos of my travels, family, and many adventures I have shared with my wife.
